PS Vita Video Converter?

Anyone knows a good PS Vita Video Converter? I'm going to try and convert some anime videos onto my PSVita, so far I'm still looking for freeware. XD

After a few minutes of searching I've come across Freemake Video Converter.

The program is easy to use, but the file size output is greater than the original file size. I'm not sure if this is normal so I'm still looking for alternative Video Converters for the PSVita.
